Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: April 3, 2026

Empyrion Technologies Inc. is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive digital experience that meets or exceeds applicable accessibility standards.

Our Commitment

We are working to ensure that our website conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. These guidelines are developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and are widely recognized as the international standard for web accessibility. We view accessibility as an ongoing effort and are continually improving our Site to ensure usability for all visitors.

What We Are Doing

To support accessibility on our Site, we have taken the following steps: using semantic HTML to ensure content is structured and navigable, providing text alternatives for non-text content such as images, ensuring sufficient colour contrast between text and background elements, designing forms with clear labels and instructions, making the Site navigable using a keyboard, and testing our Site with assistive technologies including screen readers.

Known Limitations

While we strive to make all pages and content fully accessible, some content may not yet fully meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. In particular, some older PDF documents or resources may not be fully accessible, third-party embedded content such as videos or booking widgets may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control, and some interactive elements may require further optimization. We are actively working to address these gaps and welcome your feedback.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our Site. If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at info@empyrion.net. We take accessibility feedback seriously and will do our best to respond within five business days and address any issues promptly.

Applicable Legislation

We support the goals of the Accessible Canada Act and British Columbia's accessibility legislation. As standards and requirements evolve, we will continue to update our accessibility practices to meet or exceed compliance requirements.
