This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information through our website at https://www.empyrion.net (the "Site") and in connection with the managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and communications services we provide to our clients across Canada. This policy complies with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Our head office is located in Chilliwack, British Columbia.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
When you interact with our Site or services, you may provide us with your full name, email address, phone number, company name and job title, and information submitted through contact forms, discovery call bookings, or service inquiries.

This is in accordance with the breach notification requirements under PIPEDA.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Site and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 19 (the age of majority in British Columbia). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from someone under 19, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
